Our Story
A Local Institution
For over two decades, Mark Mothersbaugh's Grill U Want has been a cornerstone of Akron's dining scene. What started as a neighborhood grill has grown into a beloved gathering place where neighbors become friends over great food.
We believe in simple pleasures: perfectly grilled burgers, tender steaks, and an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Our ingredients are fresh, our recipes are time-tested, and our hospitality is genuine.
